I bought an Epson Workforce printer from Amazon, and at first it worked perfectly. Later, however, I observed that the printer's cartridge had a problem. I ran the "Print Head Cleaning" procedure about ten times, but I saw no difference in the print quality. For every one of the 4 head-cleaning techniques, I placed a fresh paper kitchen towel folded underneath the print carriage. Each time, the paper towel had a significant amount of ink or solution staining but didn't appear to be unduly wet.
