Chamberlain reviews and lift master

I had a Chamberlain/LiftMaster automatic gate opener (model: CSL24UL) installed at my home about 10 months ago https://chamberlain.pissedconsumer.com/review.html and was happy until about four weeks ago. The gate now mysteriously opens without any input from my remote devices or phone application. It generally opens late at night and I believe I have heard a car traveling down our alley when this occurs.
