My "welcome letter" said they were here for you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I called on Friday, December 23, 2022 at 3:30 am about my toilet not working and probably needing a new ball valve. When I finally contacted someone there, they said it could take 24-48 hours First Premier Home Warranty customer service before someone would contact me with a plumber's number that I could call. Nothing Friday balance, nothing Saturday, nothing Sunday. Today, Monday, December 26, 2022, I receive an email with the plumber's name, number, and email address. At 8:00 I called. Left message. At 9:30 in the morning I called the first premier and the mane said she would expedite the request for another plumber. Since then I have been e-mailing and have now been told it will take 24-48 hours. I believe that from Friday 3:30 to Monday 12:15 is almost 72 hours. Find No User Recommendation
