Great value vacations

How good is the quality of the great value vacations services? I would be grateful to everyone for the feedback, it will help me a lot.

Experience with Great Value Vacations was great. Hotels they booked were nice and the private transfers to and from the airports were fantastic and always on time. The included vouchers for sightseeing buses were also amazing. The only hiccup was with the first night in Rome where the booked great value vacations hotel couldn’t accommodate us and transferred us to another not so great hotel. That may have been no fault of GVV. Would definitely use GVV again.
