I recently had a need to contact Ipsy support team and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. The support staff was friendly, and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved. Overall, I'm impressed with the level of support offered by Ipsy.

Hello! I like Ipsy for a variety of reasons. The company offers quality products for a fraction of what I usually spend on cosmetics. Whenever I receive my monthly Glam Bags, I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the products. My glamorous ipsy bags contain several product samples and several full-size products. The samples are always from high-end brands, which is great because it allows me to try out a lot of different beauty products before committing to buying the full-size version.
