Hello. I need to find reviews about a Nykaa. I don't know how to properly check them for authenticity and whether they can be trusted. I will be grateful for your help.

Nykaa has very bad service regarding delivery and service they provide to the customers. They never resolved any problems regarding order. They never taken any actions regarding delivery agents misbehaviour. They didnt deliver free products that I get in my purchase. There service is very bad or I say worse.They never resolve any problems of the customers.
