Hi. The way I see it, if you want to become more energetic, you should change your morning routine. Start your morning and with small but meaningful accomplishments, such as morning exercise or stretching, making your bed, and so on. Also, be sure to devote at least 5 minutes of your time to morning affirmations. This will help you get motivated and energized, which will make your day very productive.
