Everyone says that smoking is very bad for health in general, and in particular for lungs, blood vessels, heart, etc. Is absolutely all smoking harmful to health or are there some things, smoking which you can get at least a neutral effect, if not useful?

Sometimes I like directly the process of smoking, so I understand the request when you want to smoke, but so that it is not harmful or too harmful to health. No matter how much they praise e-cigarettes nowadays, I still prefer classic cigarettes. Also now I have found different products in this swiss Smart-Shop. Something like different plants, herbs that you can safely smoke, relax. I don't think it's harmful.
