Adrex.com welcomes you to the jumping world of Australia. This time we focused on southern part of the country, with two different dropzones north and south of Melbourne provided by one company. Australian Skydive has been operating at Torquay and Bridgewater for over five years and its team belongs to the most experienced on the continent.

Greg & Ralph the owners of Australian Skydive have been actively jumping since the mid 70’s. With both owners working throughout the world during this period, and Ralph having represented Australia on 5 occasions at World Championships. Both hold the highest Instructor Ratings attainable through the Australian Parachute Federation.

Location Torquay

Located a short 15 minute drive from Geelong on the Bellarine Peninsula, Torquay is the start of the world famous Great Ocean Road. Flying over the beginning of the Great Ocean Road is spectacular and you can see beautiful Bells Beach and Barwon and Port Phillip Heads from the air. Torquay site is an ideal for tandem and sports skydiving. The height of the jump is limited to 10,000 feet.

Location Bendigo, Bridgewater on Loddon

Located only 1 1/2 hours north from Melbourne, Victoria and chosen Bridgewater on Loddon, Bendigo because it has the best skydiving weather in Victoria. Bridgewater site is perfectly set-up for tandem, sports and learning to skydive. Bridgewater is also home to Australia’s highest skydive 18,000ft, check Australian Skydive´s calendar for the next wingsuits session. The standard skydive from 14,000ft is currently Victoria’s highest skydive. Bridgewater is also where they hold all their Accelerated Free Fall (AFF) courses.
