Blinduro April Kicked Off from Továrna

Premiere Enduro Race in the Vysočina Region
At the first weekend of April, bikers from all over the country and neighbouring regions gathered in Vír. The Blinduro race started just below the dam. The number of participants in the premiere of a standalone e-bike race was also surprisingly high. Riders on souped-up electric full-suspension bikes competed on the same timed stages as the classic race — but, compared to Saturday, their stages sported additional climbing sections and an opening power stage within the former Rotter textile factory complex. Those without e-bikes could ask and borrow one from several partner brands.
Even though winning Blinduro is a prestigious achievement, the entire race maintains its friendly vibe and relaxed pace. Most riders come to enjoy the event, ride safely on marked trails, and connect with like-minded mates. During Sunday’s snow showers, group solidarity became the driving element. A hot bowl of soup by the heated stoves in Továrna was appreciated by everyone. To see what the first Vysočina enduro truly looked like, check out the official videos and photos.

We all look forward to any ideas Michal Prokop and his team will bring to life and serve us next year! Meanwhile, you can come anytime throughout the season to hit the trails in Vír, grab a beer at Továrna, stay at Stellplatz Uhelna or the Továrna lodgings, recharge e-bikes via the hydroelectric station at Adrex Base Camp, or just collect experiences in the Svratka Valley.
