Blue Tomato Plan P – Slopestyle Showdown at Superpark Planai

The QParks Tour moves on to its traditional stop at the Superpark Planai in Austria on February 21st 2015. The city of world champions, also known as Schladming is not only famous for its top slopes, but also for a massive snowpark with 47 obstacles in total. This along with3.000,-€ prize money makes the Blue Tomato Plan P a must-go contest for every rider.

Beside the 3.000,-€ of prize money and heaps of other neat goodies by O’Neill and Blue Tomato, you can gain some contest experience in a mellow atmosphere. To reward the best tricks of the day, 100,-€ cash as well as some goodies from Neff, Amplifi and TSG will be given away. Naturally, there is no registration fee for joining the competition. To re-charge the rider’s energy sources, Blue Tomato will be serving their traditional “Breakfast for Champions” – toast and tea for free! More than one reason to visit the Superpark Planai on February 21st 2015!

Contest Park Setup

The contest will be held on the medium and pro line of the Superpark Planai. The medium line is starting off with a stair set that has a rail and a box on offer to choose from. The second hit will be the first kicker with 6m, before they the third hit, which consists of a 6/ 9m jump. The last obstacle to overcome will be either the O’Neill Rainbow Rail or the giant jib tank. A jib element is also the starting point of the pro line, before the riders have to conquer two jumps with 10/ 12m tables and the 13/ 16m money booter. Two experienced judges will rate the riders’ performances in their two runs.

As always, everyone will get a chance to win a 2-week stay at the Portugal Surfcamp for you and your buddy. All you have to do is to take a preferably creative shot at the event and upload it to Facebook or Instagram and tag it with #HottestShot and #PlanP.

After the event is over, locals from the ‘Friends Bar‘ in downtown Schladming will host the official after-show party.
