Mottolino Fun Mountain is renowned for its snowpark that is considered among the best in Europe. Already theatre of three editions of Burton European Open and seven editions of Burn River Jump, it will soon host the 10th World Rookie Fest and the 4th Nine Knights.
Speaking of Nine Knights, Schneestern, a German agency specializing in snowparks design and development with 15 years’ experience behind will also build the admirable castle raising its towers once again during this popular event. Renowned for their work on Air & Style events in Innsbruck, the team was also chosen to build-up brand new setup with in cooperation with the legendary team of shapers led by Massimo ‘Mino’ Manzocchi, an award-winning builder and a creator of many amazing obstacles one can find in Italian snowparks.
Together they have planned a project that will present many innovations spreading over 120,000 m2, an area equal to 30 football pitches. And the result? Five slopestyle lines full of jumps and jib features from XS to XL sizes, with a snow cover guaranteed all over the season thanks to its snowmaking plants. Stay tuned!
