Maui Charger Paige Alms Sets New Bar at Jaws

Paige started surfing when her mom and her were traveling around Australia for 10 months when she was nine years old and never looked back ever since. Maui big wave charger has recently (22 January 2015) made her entry to the Billabong Ride of the Year category of the 2015 XXL Big Wave Awards and her wave was arguably the biggest barrel ever ridden by a woman at Jaws.

She paddles in and takes the perfect line. Maui Charger Paige Alms has been hitting drop at Jaws regularly; Canadian born moved to Hawaii when she was 9 years old after some travel with her  mom in a van around Australia. Although she got swallowed by Pe'ahi whitewater before, she has never turned back on one of the biggest surfing breaks and less forgiving one on the planet and it surely pays off.
