Totally been there — our team once spent a whole hour debating whether to lead with features, price, or outcomes, and we left with three different gameplans and zero alignment. What changed things for us was building a simple, shared playbook so everyone knew the sequence and language we’d use with clients. This overview helped me frame that shift much better: commercial excellence (US) — once we had a common map and metrics to track, the chaos gave way to much steadier results.
