I think in your case you need to choose insurance for people doing extreme sports, or who are traveling to places where it is hard to reach doctors. Check websites of insurance companies. I am sure there are options. For me the most relevant thing now is info about planning long trips with young kids, and also getting insurance not just for myself but for my kid. Insurance honestly never came in handy for me yet, but every time I am only happy about that.
