Bought a sofa and chair a month ago. A leather sofa appeared. I called and they asked how I can get coleman furniture reimbursed. Really, how about a new sofa. The seat appeared that way and was not forgotten in some warehouse. A week passed without a word from my order. I had to call and they told me the same thing they told me a week ago. If I wanted to cancel my order, $95 shipping fee
