Constant feeling of fatigue and anxiety - what to do?

Guys, did anyone ever get the feeling that you’re not doing anything supernatural and you’re always feeling tired and anxious? I get up already tired, my thoughts are falling away, I can’t keep up with anything, although I used to be quite concentrated. Work is pressing, parents are sick and everything falls apart. It seems that the brain simply can not stand. Tried to relax, went out of town, turned off the phone - helps for a while. Maybe someone has proven ways to deal with this condition, without pills and doctors? Is it possible to learn to control oneself when everything seems out of control?

I had something similar. Especially at times when I had to keep a lot of things under control — work, home, my parents were sick... My brain just overheated. I started using one app that a colleague gave me. There’s a simple registration at first, then they ask you to answer few questions to understand where exactly the “leak” is. It’s not a magic pill, but it really helps you track when and why you’re covered. I read about it on techtimes.com, and decided to try it — I didn’t regret it. The main thing is not to ignore anxiety, but to learn to recognize it in advance.
