Phone dependency is real and venues need to adapt. We added a mobile phone charging station six months back after constant complaints. Positioned it centrally where foot traffic is high. Customers plug in without hunting for hidden outlets or carrying their own cables. Takes pressure off staff who were constantly fielding charging requests. The unit handles eight devices simultaneously which covers most demand during peak hours
