How to promote my channel?

Hi guys. A few days ago I have created my personal youtube channel and I would like to become viral on this social network but I haven't a clue how to engage more people viewing my videos and account. So I hope you have some ideas for me.

Is it possible to promote my account on Youtube with some service where I can buy a quite number of followers? So I really hope on your help for me and I think your advices will help me.
