I need workout recommendations
So, I've been feeling the need to get into a workout routine lately, and I could really use some recommendations and tips from all you awesome people out there! I'm not looking for anything too extreme, just something to help me stay active and healthy.
I'm a total beginner when it comes to working out, so any advice on how to get started would be super helpful. What are some of your favorite workouts or exercise routines? Do you have any go-to exercises that you find really effective and enjoyable? Also, how do you manage to stay motivated and consistent with your workouts?
