Good morning! I want to get a cool tattoo for myself, but I don't know what design would be considered cool. What choice would you make yourself?

Can you tell us in detail how a mandala tattoo is created? What stages does this process include, from choosing a design to completing the tattoo itself? What factors should be considered when choosing a mandala and placing it on the body?

Why are you asking what tattoo to get if it’s your own tattoo? Maybe I’m being overbearing, but it feels like a really big deal. Picking the spot and the design is something you should really do yourself.

For some people, tattoos are just body decoration, nothing more. Of course, lots of people put meaning into every tattoo, but there are other ways. Maybe this person takes tattoos more casually, and that’s fine too. Probably worth discussing your tattoo sketch with the artist. I like this studio https://thefalltattooing.com/pages/tattoo-services-pricing, their site makes it easy to see prices. You can also book a consultation with the artist.

What’s the point of getting a cool tattoo? What even defines “cool” here? I’d go for a tattoo that means something to me, carries some kind of meaning, looks aesthetic. Basically something that fits me, my personality, my style.

I think for a lot of people that’s exactly what a “cool tattoo” means. I’m more into spontaneity in life. You know, we don’t actually live that long. And I definitely wouldn’t want to make getting a tattoo too serious or overthink it. Even that on top of everything else? Of course, if it was a face tattoo I’d think about it a lot, but in all other cases I’d rather just follow what I want in the moment. I know a great tattoo studio in Chicago with a solid reputation http://www.logansquaretattoo.com, and going there for a new piece feels like ticking something off a things to do in Chicago list. Easy decisions, quick actions, and the best souvenir from the trip. But I’m not pushing anyone, everyone has their own approach to tattoos.
