Pamporovo Bike and Ski Park

Pamporovo is one of the largest and best developed Ski and MTB resorts in Bulgaria. The resort is situated in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, about 220 km (137 miles) southeast from the capital Sofia and only 85 km from the city of Plovdiv. In close vicinity are Smolyan and Chepelare. Since 2012, the Pamporovo Bike Park has a specialized downhill trail with a length of 1800 meters, designed by the team of Concept Creative. The trail is built according to all accepted international standards and is ready to host high class competitions, as it has already hosted the European Championship in 2013, as well as two other major UCI international events. The park is serviced by three lift facilities from Monday to Sunday, from 08:45 a.m. till 18:00 p.m. Adrex.com´s shows the start of the track on top of Peak Snezhanka located at 1926 m (6320 ft).
