The IMS Photo Contest by DJI has entered its fifth edition. Thousands of photographers are competing for the KIKU Photo Award and the DJI Aerial Photo Award. This autumn a photo collection called “Atem der Berge”, which is about the contest, will be published.

The winner of the IMS Photo Contest by BMW 2014 comes from Poland

The winner of the IMS Photo Contest by BMW 2014 comes from Poland. David Kaszlikowski prevailed over 2600 photographers from almost 90 countries to win the Kiku Photo Award, worth a total of 3000 Euro. The professional photographer snapped a glacier river of the famous Baltoro-glacier close to the famous Concordia Square. This square is known as the heart of the Karakorum. “Mountain.Four.Elements” was the motto of this year’s photo contest, which has since become the largest mountain photo competition on earth.

The Mountain Festival IMS Shows Willpower

The Kiku. International Mountain Summit has completely set up the program for the event’s sixth edition. Starting from October 16th the motto “willpower” runs like a common thread through the event in Brixen(South Tyrol-Italy), where mountaineers, climbers, doctors, experts, tour operators, together more than 60 speakers, will be on the IMS stage. The motto of 2014 is “Mountain.Four.Elements” Earth. Water. Air. Fire. Send us your picture on which the mountain is the protagonist of the interaction between nature’s four elements. Earth, water, air and fire shape the rock and design new, spectacular forms. Venture out, reach the most remote places on earth and look for particular snapshots of the mountain in play with one or more of the 4 elements.
