Dominik Hernler Shreds the Purgstall Dams in Austria and More

Yeah we know it's another RedBull video but this one really stands out. Dominik Hernler takes wakeboarding to the next level and we haven't seen such a progressive and creative edit for a long time - he stomps everything there is in his path from wallrides to cascades leaving nothing left unridden behind. This is truly an urban wakeboarding at its best. What he did at the Steinabach spot? Whaaat? You have to see it.

Daniel Grant Pushing Cable Riding to the Next Level

This sums up the greatness of Daniel Grant, considered by many to be the best cable wakeboard rider in the world. And his latest edit for the upcoming "World of X Games" that are going to be broadcasted on ABC July 26, only proves that. Wakeboarding returns to the X Games for the first time since 2005 with the inaugural Real Wake and like the rest of the series, this is an all-video wakeboarding contest in which eight riders are competing for X Games gold and fans hearts. All involved riders are great, pushing the level of Wakeboarding more and more each year but this time our hat goes off to Daniel. Check this guy out.

Scotland’s First Urban Wake Park

Whilst wakeboarding is far more popular on the other side of the Atlantic and even across the border, Scotland's wakeboarding community grows. Thanks to guys at Loch Lomond Wakeboard, Scotland’s first purpose built wakeboarding school, the country doesn't fall behind the competition - each summer, Loch Stock, a wakeboarding tour that draws wakeboarders from all around Scotland generates a media buzz about the sport and provides some high-level coaching to Scotland's grass-roots riders. That's the way to go and Loch Lomond crew takes that into account - recently they have opened a brand new, purpose built WakePark, right in the centre of Glasgow.
