Hey everyone! I run a small neighborhood café that recently added kids’ play sessions and weekend events, and ever since then, my old “Google Calendar + notebook + random apps” workflow has completely fallen apart. Managing reservations, party bookings, staff schedules, repeat customers, and payments is turning into a full-time job on its own. Half the time I’m double-checking who actually paid, who signed a waiver, and whether the room is free or already booked.
I’d really love to switch to one proper system that handles day-to-day café operations without needing five different apps that don’t talk to each other.
