First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that I'd
like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know
how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to
15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?

When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I
get three e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
