Has anyone heard of costway reviews?

Tell me I need to find out information about costway since I order there?

We bought a cantilever umbrella on 6/19 & only got to use it twice as it got damaged in a storm. I called Costway to see if they had someone that could repair it or order parts to fix it. I sent pictures to show that one of the umbrella arms was broken which unfortunately could not be fixed from https://costway.pissedconsumer.com/review.html . They submitted it to the warranty department & said someone would be in touch. The same day I called, I got an email stating they would be sending out the new umbrella!! We got the new umbrella, three days later!! I was so surprised that they would even cover this under warranty let alone, have a new one within three days!! I commend Costway for going above & beyond in their service! I highly recommend this company & will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!
