As far as I know, YouTube has very strict rules on content 18+. It's inconvenient for me. The fact is that I have my own content of 18+ and, accordingly, this will definitely not work for YouTube. Where is the best place for YouTube to promote my content that is 18+? And on which sites is it best to influence such content and gather an audience on it?
