My answer is unorthodox. I know of no one but me who uses a camp stove system like mine. But, it has served me well, on dozens of trips.
I use two MSR Pocket Rocket stoves, under a folding grate. This allows me to fit my stove setup into my kitchen box (an “ammo crate” by MTM), while providing a stable enough surface to use my large pot or griddle. For quick mornings, I can boil water for oatmeal and coffee superfast, with minimal unpacking.
I adopted this setup after spending way too much of my life and vacation time packing for camping trips, setting up camp, striking camp, and putting stuff away after.
Using a pair of backpacking stoves in conjunction with a small folding grate lets me NOT load up a Coleman-style stove and a couple propane cylinders.
