Sometimes they will assign a business manager to your account if it is in business manager - we had that for awhile. Then suddenly she was re-assigned and they never assigned anyone else. I asked them about that - and never got a real clear answer as to why they couldn’t assign anyone else. So what I always do is if I am ever on chat with anyone etc. I ask them to email me their information so I can follow up directly with questions. Sometimes that works…. this proved helpful when we had a business account that was blocked out of IG - we just went through our list of contacts until finally they said they would email IG for us…
