Which photoshop version should I be using?

Hello. Ive been trying to use the newest version of PS, however it lags horribly in my system. I cannot work like this, so I want to know which version is the most "optimal" for my computer specs.

Specs:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3601 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

RAM 8GB, DDR3

MSI NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB

All HDDs are mostly reliable right now. Yes, some of them break soon after purchase but that's how the Bathtub curve work. If you need to feel secure about your data use two hard drives. Or use external drive and cloud backup service like backblaze. Even if someone says that he has 5 hard drives right here a given brand and all are ok there is absolutely no guarantee that you will be unlucky with the same model.
