Competition flights will be performed between 09:00 up to sunset (8:30 p.m.). All times are in local time (UTC + 2 hours). The daily timetable is subject to change due to weather conditions. The official language of the Championships is English. Official working hours of the Contest Office and Organizers will be from 8:00 am to half an hour after the landing of the last competitor.

The entry fee does not include the expenses of the accommodation, meals nor the towing service. The entry fee shall be received by the organizer latest on the closing date of the final entry. The entry fee has to be transferred in full i.e. the transfer fee shall be covered by sender

Deadline for Preliminary Entries: April 15th, 2014. The official entry forms along with the entry fee and participants' questionnaires are to be received by the Organizer no later than May 30th, 2014
