Words by the event coordinator Joshua Welch: We have specifically designed the contest for all ability levels making it fun and challenging for the beginners or the pros.  This unique format allows V12 climbers the ability to cheer on V0 climbers and easily accessible for spectators, friends and the community to attend.

Lake Tahoe bouldering has exploded and continues to grow at an exponential rate with world class boulders around every corner. It is quickly becoming a well known destination for summer and winter bouldering in the West.

Triple Chin Boulder V2-V4

Globetrotter V7, V9

Some of the best developed climbing in South Lake Tahoe is on the numerous granite boulders scattered throughout the community of Meyers.  With so many people with a common interest, and the fantastic venue for bouldering offered in the Meyers area, it seems natural to put on an event to bring the community together.
