The Front’s spacious climbing area have something for everyone, from the beginner to the hard-core competitive climber. You'll find great bouldering area as well as an and excellent space of top roping and lead climbing. The Front's walls ranging from gentle slab to horizontal roof, covered with routes ranging from easy 5.6 to pretty hard 5.13 will keep you busy for months.
A good news is that the bouldering area will expand from current 1,800 sq ft to 4.200 square feet. Construction will completed in January, just in time to host the ABS Championship competition. Apart from bouldering, those looking for a different kind of climbing challenge, the Front even has an Indian Creek Canyon design-like crags wall built inside to remind you of a real cliff.
The Front's staff regularly run reports on their new route settings, uploading the reports on the website so that you know exactly how many new problems are there in the gym before leaving home. Overall, the gym excels in weekly updated and well-set problems so if you're looking for varied terrain and great route setting, this is the spot in Ogden to go to.

The Front moreover provides equipment rentals, training sessions and support to ensure a great rock climbing and bouldering experience. Part of the space is a full array of strength and cardio equipment to keep you busy and help keep you in shape.
In addition to climbing, the gym offers yoga and instructional classes, afterschool kids’ programs and camps, and host numerous events throughout whole year. The gym is open pretty much every day of the week (except on a few of the major holidays) and offers flexible membership plans for all customers, from the casual "now and then" rock climber, to the die-hard boulderers.
