Skive is a town in northwest Denmark located at the mouth of the Karup River and the Skive Fjord, part of the Limfjord. Although it is a city of just 20000, Skive has its own small airport and you are allowed to enjoy the fjords from the heights here together with local skydivers.

Skydiving club WEST JUMP is a small club based at Skive airport. It was founded on the 1st of August 1967 with base at Holstebro-Lind torp airfield. From the 1970 some of its members sought to move the base closer to Skive and succeeded with permission to build their own terminal building here. Today the club is a non-profit association, where all the work is carried out by volunteer members.

They jump around every other weekend and every weekend if it's nice weather. During the summer months they also jump every Tuesday. You can try solo jump, tandem jump or you can take a student course here. They provide student courses each month during the summer.

WEST JUMP are flying Cessna 182 TRG, with a capacity of 5 jumpers. The plane is used along with HLF (Holstebro Parachute Club).
