Brand New DH Tracks in Oslo - MTB Oslo, Norway

In the summer the woods around Oslo are a paradise for great biking experiences, and in the Bike Park there is something for every taste and ability. On Tårnbakken (‘Tower Hill’) bikers have altogether six different downhill routes to choose from, of which one is brand new in 2013. Four of them were built last year in co-operation with Hafjell BikePark, and the fifth is an exciting Norwegian Championship route in the woods, built in co-operation with Rye Sykkelklubb. The new route lies furthest out on Tårnbakken and is of a difficulty level between the Norwegian Championship route and the Park´s signature run, ‘East Side’. Adrex.com invites you to the hills of famous Holmenkollen in Oslo, Norway.

The downhill routes are of varying difficulty and are suitable both for beginners and more experienced off-road cyclists. You choose yourself what difficulty you want to ride at, based on speed, jumps, and turns. At the Park you can rent out downhill bikes, dirt track bikes, and mountain bikes in the Top Centre. Newly they also have downhill bikes for children and also offer guided trips in the woods for individuals and groups. The Bike Park is open four days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday).
