An Unique Freeride Mountain Bike Event Returns to Mottolino Bike Park

The Suzuki Nine Knights MTB, saddles up and returns for the fifth time to the Italian mountain bike Mecca of Livigno with some of the world’s best freeriders. Running from the 31st of August to the 5th of September 2015 the supersession will feature trails and freeride, with the main focus on slopestyle at the illustrious “Il Castello” jump setup on Mottolino Bike Park. As always, the MTB elite will face series of massive kickers as well as the fun trail section with its multitude of refined obstacles.

The Suzuki Nine Knights week-long super session in Livigno Italy is in full swing. In fact with fantastic weather conditions on Sunday, the invited riders set out on their bikes a day early to check out the course and get familiar with the obstacles at “Il Castello” on Mottolino Fun Mountain. Judging by the trick levels on the “official" kick off day on Monday, the jump start paid off.

Szymon Godziek (POL) demonstrated his usual easy style with perfect extensions in his superman double seat grab, Peter Henke (GER) stomped the week's first double backflip and Torquato “Toto” Testa (ITA) showed off his big bag of tricks on home turf. The Whip of the day, “one of the best looking whips I’ve seen”, according to Anton Thelander (SWE), was only one tricks that Sam Reynolds (GBR) pulled out to show that he on form,  “The second day was even better than the first, we learned to set the speed for the jumps and nailed some massive tricks.
