AIDA Individual Depth World Championship 2013 - Starting Today!
Today is the official opening day of the competitions of depth-diving of the AIDA Individual Depth World Championship. It takes place in the second most populous city of the Peloponnese peninsula – Kalamata, Greece. Freediving Club Greece with the support of the Municipality of Kalamata and under the sanctioning of AIDA Hellas officially requests to host the 2013 Championship. Kalamata is the capital and chief port of the Messenia region, it lies along the Nedon River at the head of the Messenian Gulf.

The competition starts on Monday, September 16 - Constant Weight Apnea without fins (CNF), continues on Wednesday, Sept. 19 – Constant Weight Diving with fins (CWT) and will be finished on Sept. 21 with a Free Immersion (FIM).
